Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Sauce

Simple Salisbury Steak. Easy to prepare and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ to 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms drain and save liquid
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon

Instructions
 

  • Mix meat, salt and pepper. Shape into oval patties. Cook until done in skillet over medium heat (8 to 12 minutes). Remove patties. Cook and stir mushrooms in same skillet until brown. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Add enough water to mushroom liquid to make ½ cup. Stir liquid and bouillon in to flour mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over meat.
