Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 16 snow peas ends trimmed
  • 2 tbs water
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 small red pepper coarsely chopped
  • 1 small onion coarsely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine shrimp, 2 tbs soy sauce, and garlic. Stir to coat shrimp and set aside for 10 minutes. Add vegetable oil to pan set on medium high. When oil is hot, add red pepper and onion. Cook, stirring often, until red pepper is softened (about 3 minutes). Add snow peas and shrimp. Continue stirring and cooking until shrimp turns pink and cooked through and snow peas are tender (about 3 minutes).
  • Add last tbs of soy sauce, water, and pinch of pepper. Stir until blended. Transfer to serving dish.
